Great spot for Grand Prix weekend
Found this place during the Grand Prix weekend, and it was a sweet deal! The staff were super friendly and made sure we had all we needed, and breakfast was good too, especially the buffet. The bed was a bit tight for two, though. But overall, the local vibe and convenience of nearby spots made it a good choice!

The room was clean, but the air conditioning just didn't chill at all.

how can a hotel call itself a getaway when the a/c doesn’t cool, and the wifi is slower than a tortoise? I was also expecting a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience! Don’t stay here unless you want to feel like you're in a run-down motel. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t bear the disappointment.

Rooms lacked upkeep with dark hair found in the shower and bed, indicating a serious cleanliness issue. , The interior felt outdated, reminiscent of a cheap motel, with shredded towels that didn’t meet 5-star standards. , There’s no bottled water or supplies in the room, which doesn’t help when you’re parched after a long day. , Accessibility was a hassle, as getting to the hotel requires a U-turn from the main avenue.

Benidorm’s a solid spot for a Mexico City getaway! Location’s great for getting around, and my room was clean and comfy. Just watch out for the noisy street. Breakfast rocked, but skip the pizza downstairs!

The location is perfect for exploring nearby Chapultepec Park and the historic center. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. For a great value, I’d recommend this spot, perfect for getting around the city with plenty of dining options nearby.
One downside was definitely the pizza from the restaurant below. It wasn't good at all and was a letdown after a long day of exploring.
